Duration of delivery:

After confirming your purchase, we ship and dispatch the product via the method you have chosen, either through our own shipping agent or through the services of shipping companies.

Unless there is a technical barrier, deliveries usually take anywhere from one day to a maximum of one week for some cities.



Return and exchange policy:


    • Exchanges and returns are a guaranteed right for all our customers and include all the products we offer on our store.

    • All products displayed on our store are subject to the exchange and return policy as per the terms and conditions stated on this page.

    • A return or exchange is possible if the product is in the same condition as when purchased and in the original packaging.

    • Your return or exchange request will be approved within 3 business days.

    • If the return and exchange request is approved, a representative will reach the customer within 3-5 business days.

    • Please send a Whatsapp message to the number shown on the bill of lading to request a return or exchange, or contact us via the Contact Us page to request a return or exchange.

    • Please photograph the product and send it with the city, address and order number to be exchanged for another product in case the product is damaged, defective, or not used as agreed.

    • A full refund will be given if the product delivered is completely different from the product description on the product page of our website.

    • We are not responsible for any expectations for the use of the products by the customer that are not stated on the product page of our website.
